Fitness Training : HAS STARTED - Now at Glenpark every Monday at 7:0pm prompt!!!
Pitch Training begins on Wednesday 4th August 2010 at Inverclyde Academy.

For all Non-1st Team players (both Gents & Ladies) training starts at 6:00pm (PROMPT) until 7:30pm
For all 1st Team players (both Gents & Ladies) training starts at 7:00pm (PROMPT) until 8:30pm

ALL players are encouraged to attend!
